These terms of sale for items (“Products”) apply to all Products purchased within Bangladesh through teliexpress.com.bd (“Teliexpress”).

2. RETURN POLICY: Products once sold are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.
3. LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY: Teliexpress warrants to the original purchaser that your Product shall be
free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the
date of purchase (the “Warranty Period”). Unless otherwise specified, this warranty covers the hardware
components of the Product as originally supplied and does not cover, or partially covers, software,
consumable items, or accessories, even if packaged or sold together with the Product or separately. This
warranty is only redeemable within the original country or region of purchase. However, Teliexpress does
not warrant that the operation of the Product will be uninterrupted or error-free. Please refer to the license
agreement accompanying the software and the services terms of use for details of your rights with
respect to their use.
4. EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS: (i) defects or damage resulting from accidents, neglect, misuse or
abnormal use; abnormal conditions or improper storage; exposure to liquid, moisture, dampness, sand, or
dirt; unusual physical, electrical or electro-mechanical stress. (ii) scratches, dents and cosmetic damage,
unless caused by Contrivance. (iii) defects or damage resulting from excessive force or use of metallic
objects on the touch screen.(iv) devices that have the serial number or the IMEI number removed,
defaced, damaged, altered or made illegible. (v) ordinary wear and tear. (vi) defects or damage resulting
from the use of the Product in conjunction or connection with accessories, products, or
ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by Teliexpress. (vii) any physical feature
defects or damage resulting from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, or
adjustment not furnished or approved by Teliexpress. (viii) defects or damage resulting from external
causes such as collision with an object, fire, flooding, dirt, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to
weather conditions, theft, blown fuse, or improper use of any electrical source. (ix) defects or damage
resulting from cellular signal reception or transmission, or viruses and other software problems
introduced into the Product.(x) consumables (such as batteries), or software, even if packaged or sold
with the Product or embedded in the Product.
5. REMEDIES: If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received by Teliexpress within the Warranty
Period, Teliexpress will, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, either (1) repair the Product at
no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts or (2) replace the Product with a new or
refurbished Product. In the event of a defect, to the extent permitted by law, these are your sole and
exclusive remedies. Shipping and handling charges may apply except where prohibited by applicable law.
This Limited Warranty is valid only in the jurisdictions where the Products are sold by Teliexpress itself and is valid to the extent permitted by the applicable laws of
such jurisdictions. Any replacement hardware product will be warranted for the remainder of the original
warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer, or for any additional period of time that may be
applicable in your jurisdiction.
6. HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE: To obtain warranty service, you must deliver the Product, in either
its original packaging or packaging providing an equal degree of protection, to the address specified by
Teliexpress. In accordance with applicable law, Teliexpress may require that you furnish proof of
purchase details and/or comply with registration requirements before receiving warranty service. It is your
responsibility to backup any data, software, or other materials you may have stored or preserved on the
Product. It is likely that such data, software, or other materials will be lost or reformatted during service,
and Teliexpress will not be responsible for any such damage or loss. For specific instructions on how to
obtain warranty service on your Product, visit the Teliexpress website.
7. LIMITATION OF DAMAGES: TELIEXPRESS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL,
OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS,REVENUE OR DATA,
RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY
OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF CONTRIVANCE HAS BEEN ADVISED OFTHE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
